Copyright and Legal Claims

Sometimes people contact us with a complaint about content on our grid. In some cases content is removed such as where it breaches law or is child pornography or illegal content according to UK law.

If you have a complaint about copyrighted items please complete the form below.

Note that our users indemnify the grid against prosecution so if you wish to persue someone you need persue them directly.

We purely rent space on our servers and provide storage.

All complaints go straight to our legal team and we will respond within 28 days and to the owner of the object on our grid to ask for a response.

Do not submit complaints unless you are the original copyright holder and creator of the item.

• If you have downloaded it from a free 3d site, you are not the creator.
• If you have bought it from a 3d site, you are not the creator.
• If you have bought it from a 3d artist, you are not the creator.
• If someone gave it to you, you are not the creator.
• If you have modified it, you are not the creator.
• If you got it from another grid, you are not the creator
• If someone has modified the object then you must contact them with proof that there is a no mod legal policy on that object, or terms of use that covers the modifications.

You must provide LEGAL proof of a copyright agreement or terms of use for the object.
